Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups banana, mashed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C and prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple, mashed banana, and chopped walnuts. Mix thoroughly and transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Place in the oven which has been preheated and bake for 75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Enjoy hot or cold.
