Baked peaches with vanilla wafer crumble in a sweet cinnamon sugar blend - a delightful and simple dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peach halves, drained
  • 10 vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven using the broiler setting.
  • Arrange peaches cut side up in a pie pan. Combine crushed vanilla wafers, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches.
  • Broil until sugar is caramelized and bubbling, approximately 1 minute.
