Whip up a vibrant green smoothie packed with avocado, apple, cucumber, zucchini, and spinach for a nutritious boost.
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe avocado, stoned, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, coarsely chopped
  • 500ml coconut water
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 lime, zested, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 250.00 ml crushed ice
  • 1 tsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine avocado, spinach, cucumber, apple, coconut water, ginger, lime, and ice in a blender. Blend until silky smooth.
  • Divide the avocado mixture into the serving glasses. Top them with lime zest, pepitas, and chia seeds evenly. Enjoy right away.
