Ingredients:
  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 graham crackers, broken in half
  • 4 oz. milk chocolate (such as Hershey’s)
  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter, divided
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Prepare the Crunchwrap: Begin by preheating your oven to 200°F to keep the Crunchwraps warm. Place a tortilla on a clean work surface. Add 1/2 cup mini marshmallows in the center, leaving a two-inch border. Layer with 1/2 graham cracker and 1 ounce (six small squares) of chocolate on top of the marshmallows.
  • *Wrap the s'mores Crunchwrap:* Begin by folding the tortilla from the closest side towards the center of the filling. With both hands, rotate the tortilla clockwise and fold again. Continue folding until the filling is completely enclosed, totaling about six folds. Carefully turn the Crunchwrap over, seam-side down.
  • Prepare the S'mores Crunchwraps: In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the Crunchwrap seam-side down. Use a spatula to press down for 10 to 20 seconds to seal the folds. Cook until golden brown for 2 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown for another 2 to 4 minutes. Keep warm in the oven on a baking sheet until serving time. Repeat for the remaining Crunchwraps.
  • Enhance with cinnamon sugar: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle each Crunchwrap with the mixture before serving hot. Enjoy! If you loved the recipe, kindly share your feedback and rating below!
