Patriotic rocket slushy cocktail for adults featuring lemon vodka, blue Curaçao, and raspberry liqueur for a vibrant and flavorful treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup finely crushed ice (to slush consistency)
- 0.25 fluid ounce blue curacao liqueur
- 2 fluid ounces lemon-flavored vodka, divided
- 0.25 fluid ounce raspberry flavored liqueur (such as Raspberry Sour Puss®)
Instructions:
- In one bowl, combine blue curacao liqueur and ½ oz lemon vodka with ¼ cup ice. In another bowl, mix raspberry liqueur and ½ oz lemon vodka with ¼ cup ice. Finally, mix 1 oz lemon vodka with ½ cup ice in a separate bowl.
- Create a vibrant masterpiece by stacking the blue curacao-flavored ice at the base of a glass. Add a layer of lemon vodka-flavored ice on top of the blue, and finish with a generous serving of raspberry-flavored ice.
