Sweet and salty cinnamon seasoned pork butt steaks, roasted to perfection for a caramelized, tender and tasty dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) pork butt steaks
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect temperature to start cooking.
  • Lay the steaks on the grill rack of an oven roasting pan. Combine seasoning salt, sage, and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle half of the mixture onto the steaks.
  • In a preheated oven, roast for 20 minutes. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar on top, then roast for an additional 10 minutes. Flip the steaks over, season the other side with the remaining cinnamon mixture, and roast for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar on top and continue roasting until the sugar is bubbling. Flip the steaks once more and cook until the other side is bubbling. Remove from the oven and serve.
