Mouthwatering three-bean salad with feta cheese and Greek seasoning - guaranteed hit at your next party!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated red onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine black beans, kidney beans, great northern beans, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, feta cheese, red onion, Greek seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over bean mixture and toss to coat. Chill in the fridge for optimal flavor for approximately 2 hours.
