Impress with easy Three-Cheese Beef Pasta Shells - perfect for company or cozy nights. Ready in 25 minutes prep time, this dish features stuffed shells with cream cheese, ground beef, melty cheese, and pasta sauce. True comfort food for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 24 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
  • 1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic chunky tomato & herb pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 container (8 oz) chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F, then follow package instructions to cook and drain pasta shells.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Let it cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Combine pasta sauce and water in a large bowl. Spread 1 cup of the pasta sauce mixture in the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix cheese spread, 1 cup of Italian cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and cooked beef. Fill each shell with a heaping tablespoon of the mixture. Place the stuffed shells over the sauce in the baking dish and pour the rest of the sauce over the shells, ensuring they are fully covered. Cover the dish with foil.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until bubbly and cheese filling is set. Top with 1/2 cup of Italian cheese and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley.
