Delicious Three-in-One Fruit Patch Pot Pie with yellow cake base and pie crust lattice top.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine base ingredients in a large bowl. Grease hands or spoon with cooking spray, then evenly press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Arrange apple pie filling in the center of the dish and create two rows of different pie fillings on either side. Cut both pie crusts into 1-inch wide strips and place them over the fruit, letting some areas remain open for ventilation while trimming any excess hanging over the edges.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until beautifully golden. Allow to cool for a minimum of 20-30 minutes before indulging in its deliciousness.
