Delicious meatloaf with turkey, beef, and sausage for irresistible moistness and taste.
Ingredients:
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.75 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 pound ground pork sausage
  • 0.5 cup condensed tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a saucepan, introduce onion and carrots, then add the beef broth. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then simmer and stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, approximately 8 minutes. Set aside the veggies and broth.
  • Combine eggs, bread crumbs, basil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then gently fold in turkey, beef, and pork sausage. Incorporate cooked onions, carrots, and beef broth. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan. Mix tomato soup, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a bowl and spread over the meatloaf.
  • Bake until the center of the loaf is no longer pink and an instant-read meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), approximately 1 1/2 hours.
