Savory three-meat meatballs featuring turkey, beef, and sausage, seared and baked for ultimate tenderness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 0.5 cup Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix together ground meats, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, oats, and seasoning in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Form the mixture into 24 (2-inch-diameter) meatballs.
  • In a large sauté pan, heat vegetable oil to a depth of 1/2 inch. Sear meatballs in the hot oil until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Then, place them in a glass baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the center reaches 165°F (75°C).
