Thyme, mustard & white wine marinade

Fragrant herb perfect for winter dishes. Use in soups, stews, stuffings, or in a delicious chicken marinade.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) white wine
  • 1/2 bunch fresh thyme, leaves picked
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 23.40 gm wholegrain mustard
Instructions:
  • Combine oil, wine, thyme leaves, garlic, and mustard in a bowl or screw-top jar. Whisk or shake vigorously until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
