Upgrade to homemade muesli for a fresh twist on breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 89.38 gm honey
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 300.00 gm rolled oats
  • 125.00 ml bran flakes
  • 27.50 gm flaked coconut
  • 37.50 gm sesame seeds
  • 62.50 ml sunflower seeds
  • 62.50 ml pecan nuts, chopped
  • 125.00 ml dried apple, roughly chopped
  • 125.00 ml dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, create a luscious mixture by blending honey, sugar, and oil. Stir occasionally for 5 minutes until the sugar completely dissolves.
  • Preheat your oven to 150°C and line a big, deep baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour the warm honey mixture over them and stir until well combined.
  • Evenly distribute the mixture across the dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until beautifully golden and toasted. Let it cool completely (creating crunchy clusters). Break up the muesli into pieces and store in an airtight container until serving.
