Ingredients:
  • 20g butter
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled, thickly sliced
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1 x 200g pkt Tasty Belgian-style waffles, toasted
  • 8 scoops Sara Lee honeycomb & butterscotch ice-cream
  • 1 x 50g honeycomb chocolate bar, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Heat the butter in a large frying pan over high heat until it starts foaming. Add the banana and sugar, and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelised.
  • Plate the waffles, drizzle over the banana with pan juices, add a scoop of ice-cream, and finish with a sprinkle of Violet Crumble before serving.
