Toffee and roasted almond bark

Indulgent bark with chocolate, caramel, and nuts for the ultimate treat!
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 25g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 8 Werther's Original Classic candies, roughly chopped (see note)
  • 62.50 ml roasted and salted almonds, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Sketch a 18cm x 28cm rectangle on a sheet of baking paper using a pencil. Then, flip the paper over so the pencil marks are facing down and place it on a large baking tray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate on MEDIUM (50%) power for 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring halfway with a metal spoon.
  • Place milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring halfway through with a metal spoon.
  • Spread spoonfuls of dark chocolate onto a rectangle on baking paper, following the pencil mark. Drizzle milk chocolate over the dark chocolate using a spoon. Sprinkle with candies and almonds. Freeze until set, approximately 10-15 minutes. Chop into 20 shards and serve.
