Creamy vegan strawberry smoothie with silken tofu and soy milk.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu, cut into cubes, or to taste
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 4 cups crushed ice
Instructions:
  • Place tofu, strawberries, and soy milk in a blender, then blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes, 1 cup at a time, while blending, until desired consistency is reached.
