Ingredients:
  • 562.50 ml plain flour
  • 2.50 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 250g butter
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 packet Dark Chocolate Bits
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 190C.
  • Prepare the baking trays by giving them a light coating of non-stick spray or butter.
  • Combine and sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, and salt, then set aside.
  • Combine the butter, sugars, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
  • Slowly incorporate the eggs and dry ingredients into the mixture.
  • Gently incorporate chocolate bits into the mixture.
  • Allow the delicious treat to bake in the oven for a perfect 10-12 minutes.
