Tomatoes dressed with olive oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • Fresh garden tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Seasoned rice vinegar
  • Soy sauce or tamari (use gluten-free soy sauce if avoiding gluten)
  • Kosher salt or fleur de sel or other finishing salt
  • Thinly sliced basil for garnish
Instructions:
  • Prepare the tomatoes by removing the cores and slicing them into wedges. Present beautifully on a serving plate.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, sprinkle seasoned rice vinegar, soy sauce, and salt. Top with thinly sliced basil leaves. Serve at room temperature.
