Try this effortless fruit pizza with tortillas and fresh fruit - simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit, (such as strawberries, blueberries, grapes, peaches), well drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange tortilla on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until crisp. In the meantime, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  • Lay warm tortilla on cutting board. Spread with cream cheese and sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture. Top with fruit slices. Cut into 4 wedges and serve while warm.
