Ingredients:
  • 1 knob of unsalted butter
  • 4 large free-range eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to its highest setting. Lightly grease a small skillet or round baking dish with butter, season with sea salt and black pepper, then crack in the eggs. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are runny. Serve with hot buttered toast.
