Whisk together eggs, vanilla, brandy, rum, cream, and milk for a decadent and satisfying eggnog perfect for any celebration!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg, divided
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.75 cup brandy, chilled
  • 0.33333334326744 cup spiced rum (such as Captain Morgan's®)
Instructions:
  • Collect all the necessary ingredients.
  • Whisk eggs using an electric mixer on medium speed until extremely frothy, for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Slowly mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
  • Incorporate cream, milk, brandy, and rum into the mixture.
  • Chill before serving, then top each serving with the remaining nutmeg for a final touch.
