Traditional Star Brownies

Elevate classic brownies by creating fun shapes with cookie cutters.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Vanilla Frosting
  • Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors stars
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on the sides. Grease the foil with cooking spray. Prepare and bake brownies according to the box instructions for a 13x9-inch pan, using water, oil, and eggs. Allow to cool fully for about 1 hour.
  • Lift the foil to remove the brownies from the pan and peel the foil from the sides. Use a 2 1/2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter to cut the brownies. Put the frosting in a sealed plastic bag, cut off one corner of the bag, and pipe the frosting onto the star-shaped brownies. Sprinkle with decorations.
