Trinidad Sour: bold cocktail with rye whiskey, Angostura bitters, orgeat, and lemon juice. Flip the liquor and bitters ratio for a rebellious twist.
Ingredients:
  • Ice for chilling
  • 1 1/2 ounces Angostura bitters
  • 1 ounce orgeat
  • 1/2 ounce rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Lemon peel for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
  • Give the cocktail a good shake: Fill a shaker two-thirds full with ice, then pour in the Angostura bitters, orgeat, rye whiskey, and lemon juice. Secure the lid tightly, shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and strain into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish & serve: Top with optional lemon peel for a zesty finish before serving.
