Revamp summer desserts effortlessly with this store-bought ice-cream treat - a refreshing twist on a classic.
Ingredients:
  • 2 litres triple chocolate ice-cream
  • 125.00 ml milk chocolate chips
  • 5 x 40g Aero peppermint chocolate bars, chopped
  • 24 milk chocolate wheaten biscuits
Instructions:
  • Allow the ice cream to soften in a large bowl for 10 minutes, ensuring it's not melted, while keeping the ice cream tub aside.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and crumbled Aero bar. Transfer the mixture back into the container. Place a sheet of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the ice cream, then cover with the lid. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or until the ice cream is set.
  • Lay half of the biscuits plain side up on a board. Top each with one scoop of ice-cream. Finish by sandwiching with the remaining biscuits, chocolate side up.
  • Enjoy right away or store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
