Ingredients:
  • 70g good-quality milk chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 70g walnuts
  • 70g digestive biscuits
  • 70g good-quality dark chocolate
  • 70g crunchy peanut butter
  • 70g desiccated coconut
  • 70g good-quality white chocolate
Instructions:
  • Prepare an 18cm square cake pan by greasing and lining it with non-stick baking paper, allowing some paper to hang over the sides for easy removal later.
  • 1. Melt milk chocolate in a bowl over simmering water, then spread it over the base of the cake pan. Chill for 30 minutes until firm. 2. Place walnuts and biscuits in a sealed plastic bag and crush into small pieces with a rolling pin. 3. In a pan over low heat, melt dark chocolate and peanut butter together. Stir until smooth. 4. Add crushed nuts, biscuits, and coconut to the chocolate mixture. Stir to combine. 5. Spread the mixture over the set milk chocolate layer and refrigerate for 30 minutes until it becomes firm.
  • After chilling, elegantly lift the slice from the pan and delicately cut it in half lengthwise. Gently melt white chocolate in a bowl placed over simmering water and generously spread it over one side of the slice. Carefully place the other half on top to create a perfect white chocolate-filled center. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into 12 bars.
