Indulge in irresistible triple chocolate cookies, a timeless and crowd-pleasing favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 185g butter, softened
  • 59.40 gm brown sugar
  • 415.00 ml plain flour
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder
  • 1.25 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 100g dark chocolate, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 100g white chocolate, cut into 1cm pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced) and line 3 baking trays with baking paper.
  • Cream the butter and sugars together using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Incorporate the egg and continue beating until combined. Sift flour, cocoa, and bicarbonate of soda over the butter mixture, then gently fold in the chocolate.
  • Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and space them 5cm apart on lined trays. Gently flatten the balls and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they turn light golden brown. Allow them to cool on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your delicious treats!
