Decadent no-bake chocolate pie with layers of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and chocolate whipped topping in a graham cracker crust. Chill or freeze until serving for a luxurious and festive dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (1.55 ounce) bars dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 3 (1.55 ounce) bars milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub chocolate whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.25 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Create a rich dark chocolate layer by combining dark chocolate, miniature marshmallows, milk, and salt in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Take it off the heat and add vanilla, letting it cool while stirring occasionally.
  • Whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently combine it with the dark chocolate blend. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Top with half of the chocolate whipped topping and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Prepare the milk chocolate layer by combining milk chocolate, miniature marshmallows, milk, and salt in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Take it off the heat, mix in the vanilla, and let it cool, stirring occasionally.
  • Whip the remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk chocolate mixture until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chocolate topping layer, then spread the remaining chocolate whipped topping over it. Finish by spooning whipped topping and mini chocolate chips as a garnish, if preferred.
