Indulgent bar cookies combine peanut butter, chocolate, and nuts for ultimate decadence.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed teddy bear-shaped chocolate graham snacks, about 2 cups uncrushed
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup white baking chips
  • 1 bag (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In the oven, melt butter in a 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan. Mix in crushed graham snacks and evenly press onto the bottom of the pan.
  • Layer the peanut butter chips, white baking chips, chocolate chips, and peanuts over the crumb mixture. Drizzle condensed milk over the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Gently release bars from the sides of the pan while they are still warm. Allow the bars to cool completely for about 30 minutes before slicing. Cut into 32 bars by making 8 vertical rows and 4 horizontal rows.
