Ingredients:
  • 70g corn flakes
  • 225g rolled oats
  • 50g dried apricot
  • 50g dried pawpaw
  • 50g dried pineapple
  • 400g can Skim Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 20g shredded coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a 18cm x 28cm slab pan by lining it with non-stick baking paper.
  • Mix together the cornflakes, oats, apricots, paw paw, and pineapple until well combined. Add the condensed milk and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pan and use a spoon to flatten the surface. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and slightly firm. Allow it to cool fully before cutting into bars with a sharp knife.
