Create a healthy and delicious dessert for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggwhites
  • 322.50 gm caster sugar
  • 250g Lite Cream
  • 1 mango, thinly sliced
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 2 passionfruit, pulp removed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 120°C and sketch a 24cm circle on a piece of baking paper. Place it on a baking tray with the pencil side facing down.
  • Whip egg whites in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually sprinkle in the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while beating thoroughly after each addition. Continue beating for 10 minutes, or until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Using a large spoon, create a circular meringue shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until the meringue is dry and crispy. Allow it to cool inside the oven.
  • Garnish pavlova with Dairy Whip Lite Cream and fresh fruit before serving.
