Wholesome Tuna and Olive Herb Salad on Crunchy Vita-Weat Crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 95g can tuna in spring water, drained, flaked
  • 40.00 ml pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 red capsicum, seeded, finely diced
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, plus extra to garnish
  • 5.30 gm lemon juice
  • 2 Arnott’s Vita-Weat Sesame, Pumpkin & Quinoa Lunch Slices
Instructions:
  • Combine the tuna, olives, capsicum, parsley, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then stir well.
  • Evenly distribute the tuna mixture on top of the Arnott’s Vita-Weat Sesame, Pumpkin & Quinoa Lunch Slices and finish by garnishing with extra parsley.
