Tuna and cannellini bean salad

Ingredients:
  • 425g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 400g can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 large avocado, peeled, sliced
  • 250g grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 3 celery sticks, thinly sliced
  • 125.00 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 65.63 gm lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 5.90 gm Dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Mix together the tuna, beans, creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, refreshing cucumber, crunchy celery, and fragrant basil in a bowl.
  • Whisk together oil, lemon juice, garlic, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad, mix gently, and enjoy.
