Creamy mushroom, tuna, and onion sauce with egg noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook egg noodles for 8 to 10 minutes until perfectly al dente. Drain well.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, caramelize onions in oil until golden. Add tuna and mushroom soup, then stir in sour cream until heated. Toss in cooked egg noodles, mix well with the rich sauce, and enjoy!
