Quick and delicious tuna macaroni salad with pasta, tuna, peas, mayo, relish, and hard-boiled eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 (10 ounce) can baby peas, drained
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 3 large hard-cooked eggs, quartered
  • 1 pinch paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Assemble all the ingredients.
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. 2. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain and rinse macaroni under cold running water.
  • Combine macaroni, peas, celery, tuna, and onion in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Combine mayonnaise, relish, salt, and pepper for a tasty mixture.
  • Top with elegant egg wedges and a touch of vibrant paprika. Refrigerate covered for a minimum of 1 hour before presentation.
