Delicious tuna dill pasta salad, ideal for summer gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package small uncooked seashell pasta
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna packed in water, drained
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
Instructions:
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  • Combine mayonnaise, milk, pickle juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add tuna and onion, then mix in cooked pasta. Chill in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
