Tuna pasta salad

Simple and tasty pasta salad, perfect for on-the-go lunches.
Ingredients:
250g dried pasta shells
61.88 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
10.60 gm lemon juice
125g cherry tomatoes, halved
4button mushrooms, sliced
62.50 ml finely choppedfresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
95g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
Instructions:
Boil pasta in a large saucepan of salted water according to package instructions until tender. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool.
In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add pasta, tomato, mushroom, parsley, and tuna. Stir to combine thoroughly. Transfer mixture to airtight containers, refrigerate, and serve.
