Tuna pasta salad

Try a refreshing tuna pasta salad for summer.
Ingredients:
  • 200g mini penne
  • 2 carrots, peeled, julienned
  • 2 cucumbers, seeded, julienned
  • 185g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 40.00 ml snipped chives
  • 117.50 gm brand lite sour cream
  • 90.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • Orange wedges, to serve
  • Yoghurt, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the penne by cooking it in a pot of boiling water as per the package instructions. Then, drain the pasta and let it cool.
  • Toss penne with fresh, crunchy carrots, crisp cucumber, flavorful tuna, and aromatic chives.
  • Combine sour cream and sweet chili sauce, then mix it with the penne. Toss everything together to ensure it's well combined. Serve with orange wedges and yogurt on the side.
