Tuna with Avocado Mayonnaise

Quick grilled fish steaks with avocado mayonnaise - a delicious and flaky meal ready in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut up
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 (6 to 8-oz.) fresh tuna steaks
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons peppered seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill. In a food processor with a metal blade, blend all mayonnaise ingredients until smooth. Transfer mixture to a small bowl and refrigerate while preparing the tuna.
  • Prepare the tuna steaks by brushing both sides with olive oil and seasoning with peppered seasoned salt and cumin. Grill on medium-high heat for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with avocado mayonnaise.
