Elevate tapas with flavorful tuna-stuffed peppers. Surprisingly simple yet impressive.
Ingredients:
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 200g can tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 5.90 gm Dijon mustard
  • 20.00 ml flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) good-quality mayonnaise
  • 220g jar Spanish piquillo peppers*, drained
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, gently crush the hard-boiled eggs with a fork.
  • Combine the tuna, mustard, parsley, and mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Gently open each pepper, fill with a generous amount of the mixture, and present beautifully on a plate.
