Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups margarine, softened
  • 1.75 cups white sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 0.75 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously coat a 10-inch Bundt pan with butter and flour.
  • Combine butter and white sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in confectioners' sugar. Incorporate flour and cocoa powder. Fold in chopped walnuts. Pour into pan.
  • Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 1 hour, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Prepare the glaze by mixing 3/4 cup of confectioners' sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa in a small bowl. Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the perfect drizzling consistency. Pour over the cake.
