Upgrade your grilled turkey sandwich with flavorful artichoke in just 25 minutes for an Italian-inspired meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 ciabatta sandwich rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 12 oz oven-roasted turkey breast slices
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into rings
Instructions:
  • Preheat the contact grill for 5 minutes.
  • Combine artichoke hearts, creamy mayonnaise, flavorful cheese, and a hint of black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Slice rolls in half horizontally. Coat the outside of each half with oil. Spread a generous 1/4 cup of the flavorful artichoke mixture on the bottom half of each roll. Layer 3 oz of delicious turkey on top of the artichoke mixture, then add the colorful bell pepper. Finish by placing the top half of the roll on the sandwich.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the sandwiches on it and close the lid. Grill for 4 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted. Slice diagonally and serve warm.
