Creamy turkey and veggie sandwiches with artichoke dip, ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices marble-rye bread
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated artichoke dip
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced smoked turkey (from deli)
  • 4 thin slices onion
  • 8 thin slices tomato
  • 4 leaves lettuce
Instructions:
  • Spread a generous 2 tablespoons of flavorful artichoke dip on each of the 4 slices of bread. Next, layer each slice with savory turkey, crisp onion, juicy tomato, and fresh lettuce. Top each creation with the remaining bread slices to complete the delicious sandwiches.
