Whip up a quick and delicious one-pot meal in just 30 minutes with only six simple ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
  • 2 cups broccoli flowerets
  • 1 cup cut-up fully cooked smoked turkey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 cup uncooked couscous
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Bring the broth to a boil in a 10-inch skillet. Add the broccoli, turkey, and tarragon. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  • Mix in the couscous and then take the pot off the heat. Cover and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
  • Fluff up the couscous with a fork, then sprinkle with cheese. Cover and allow to sit for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully melted.
