"Satisfy your taste buds with a delightful turkey and stuffing casserole featuring a medley of veggies and cranberries."
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken or celery soup
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups cornbread stuffing mix

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously grease a 3-quart casserole dish with your choice of shortening or cooking spray.

  • Blend the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and then pour the mixture over the stuffing.
  • Bake without covering for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
