Elevate your appetizer game with a delicious turkey and fruit cheese spread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup diced smoked (cooked) turkey breast
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried Calimyrna figs
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Watercress sprigs, if desired
  • Cocktail bread slices, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine turkey, onions, cream cheese, sour cream, honey, and allspice in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely mixed. Add figs, apricots, cranberries, and walnuts. Pulse briefly until fruit is chopped but do not overprocess.
  • Prepare a 2-cup mold or bowl by lining it with plastic wrap. Press the mixture into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Carefully release the dish onto a stylish serving plate. Adorn with fresh watercress for an elegant touch. Accompany with crispy cocktail bread for a delightful presentation.
