Try this juicy turkey kofta kebab recipe bursting with cilantro, chili, coriander, and paprika flavors, perfect for summer grilling.
Ingredients:
  • vegetable oil for grill
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 teaspoon chopped green chile pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches medium heat and brush the grate lightly with oil.
  • In a large bowl, mix together turkey, onion, cilantro, egg, garlic, chile pepper, coriander, paprika, chili powder, and salt until well combined. Shape the mixture into twelve 1/4-cup portions, rolling them into log-shaped ovals, then place them on a baking sheet.
  • Grill the ovals over gentle heat, rotating them occasionally, until fully cooked, for about 25 to 30 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
