Turkey koftas with garlic butter and smoky paprika for a deliciously flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Ingham turkey mince
  • 50g garlic butter spread, melted
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 240g (1 1/4 cups) couscous
  • 4.60 gm olive oil
  • 330ml (1 1/3 cups) boiling water
  • 100g baby spinach & rocket leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue flat plate over medium heat. Mix turkey with garlic butter and paprika in a bowl. Divide mixture into 12 portions and mold each portion around skewers.
  • In a heatproof bowl, combine couscous with oil and water. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Fluff the grains with a fork.
  • Lightly coat a flat plate with oil. Cook the koftas, turning occasionally, for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • Combine fresh spinach and rocket leaves with the couscous, ensuring an even mixture. Portion the couscous onto individual serving plates and then top each plate with the delicious koftas.
