Turn your Thanksgiving leftovers and pantry staples into a family-favorite dish, perfect for potlucks. Easy with leftovers, impressive from scratch. Use chicken for a quick meal prep.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound cooked turkey meat, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay the turkey evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, followed by a layer of onion and green beans until the turkey is covered. Pour condensed soup over the onions, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Combine cubed cheese with mashed potatoes, then spread it over the casserole.
