Whip up a simple and satisfying turkey dinner with just 6 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 800g desiree potatoes, peeled, quartered
  • 193.13 gm warm milk
  • 84.15 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 73.13 gm cranberry sauce
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 4 (130g each) turkey breast steaks
  • 400g frozen whole green beans
Instructions:
  • Start by placing the potato in a large saucepan and covering it with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain the potato and return it to the pan over low heat for about 30 seconds or until dry. Coarsely mash the potato using a masher, then add milk and continue mashing until smooth. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a jug, mix together the stock and cranberry sauce. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Sear the turkey for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then, transfer it to a plate, cover with foil, and set aside.
  • Turn the heat down to medium and pour in the stock mixture. Let it simmer and thicken for about 3 minutes.
  • While the beans are cooking according to the packet directions, serve the turkey with mashed potatoes, beans, and cranberry glaze.
