Ingredients:
- 2 litres softened vanilla ice-cream
- 4 x 55g roughly chopped chocolate-coated Turkish delight bars
- 200g roughly chopped dark chocolate
- 150g chopped red glace cherries
- toasted shredded coconut, for serving
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add ice cream, Turkish delight bars, dark chocolate, and cherries. Fold and combine everything together until well mixed.
- Transfer the luscious ice-cream mixture into a generous 8-cup square pan. Allow it to freeze for 3 1/2 - 4 hours or, for a more intense set, overnight.
- Spoon ice-cream mixture into bowls and garnish with toasted shredded coconut before serving.
